Pressure wash outside of house (one side and front area) and front patio. Remove extensive rust stains left on wall from rusted gutter above. Rendered wall so need to make sure the paint does not strip off. May require soft wash

The previous contractor started the job but did not finish, so I need someone to take over and ensure a quality finish. For areas where you see blue paint in the attached picture, one coat is required, while areas without blue paint—such as the top-front of the house—will need two coats.
