Complete exterior painting of house, including eaves and gutters. This will need a wash prior to painting. 1. Gloss on bifold doors - outside and inside, undercoated, needs the gloss coats 2. North side of house - weatherboards are undercoated, needs 2 colour coats 3. South side of house - needs undercoat and 2 colour coats 4. East side of house (back) undercoat and 2 colour coats 5. Back stairs - sand, fill and paint 5. Front of house - eaves and gutters where we can’t reach 6. Front stair/ entry way - eaves, gutters, 2 colour coats 7. Eaves and Gutters on the West side where we couldn’t reach We have paint already. You will need your own trestles and equipment to reach the pitch of the roof.

It is a heritage listed building in Ipswich CBD. Only front side and side walls to be painted. Sanding is required before painting.
