Exterior: - Sand nominated exterior timberwork & remove loose, deteriorated and unstable coating material where required. - Apply 1x coat of premium oil-based undercoat to prepared exterior timberwork. - Repair major visible cracks, holes and surface defects using suitable exterior-grade filler to walls. - Apply 1x coat of exterior paint to nominated exterior timberwork. - Prepare the front entrance door & 2x coats of Enamel semi gloss paint. Deck, Balustrade & Retaining Wall Areas (Exterior): - Prepare nominated previously coated deck, balustrade and retaining-wall surfaces. Sand and rectify areas where required. - Apply suitable exterior coating appropriate to the existing deck, balustrade and retaining wall material. Garage (Exterior): - Sand & prepare existing garage doors. - Apply 1 coat of primer. - Apply 2x coats of Low Sheen paint - Paint existing brick work (if necessary). Might not be necessary if paint is still in good condition.
