I’ve got an Olympic village concrete slab house. 2 Bedroom free standing. Old paint is chipping. Need it removed. Seems like there might be multiple coats put on throughout the years. Outer layer is water based and comes off fairly easily with a pressure washer. Older, inner layer must be oil based and is much more stubborn. Not interested in trying it all removed. Just need it back to a paintable surface. Have started the job myself but simply don't have the time to finish.
