Qualified painter required to paint one internal room plus exterior screening on deck. 1) Interior room (one only) * Bedroom approx 3.8m x 3.2m x 3m high * Ceiling painting NOT required (walls only) * Paint will be supplied by us, but please bring your own tools * One wall requires surface prep due to wallpaper having being removed on part of the wall (we don't want to remove all the wall paper, so instead aiming to skim w/ Gyprock final coat to smooth over the difference in surface heights at the join. We can provide the 'final coat' product) * All walls will require two coats in total * The wall which requires surface prep will require an additional undercoat layer * The usual skirting board and window trims etc will need to be painted (nothing special / challenging) 2. Exterior deck screening We have some treated pine screening on our verandah which needs painting (vertical pine strips roughly 30mm x 1.8m high, each strip separated by ~0.5cm. Details below: * The screening will require 1 undercoat and 2 top coats * We will provide the paint, you provide your own tools etc * There are three zones that need to be painted: - Zone A: On the deck itself, the internal facing screening, approx 2.4m x 1.8m high - Zone B: In front of the deck (at ground level), approx 5m wide and 1.8m high - Zone C: The screening on the exterior of the stairs, two sections of approx 2.3m x 1.5m and 2m x 3.6m respectively * Zone B and zone C will require surface prep: smoothing over nail holes with filler and light sanding of the same holes. Two holes per piece of pine (these are the nails holding the screening to the deck frame) * If using a spray gun you will need to lay down some protection on the other side of the screen to avoid paint going on the deck and/or stairs. (i.e. drop sheet, plus tape in some areas) Note: the *interior* of the deck stairs has already been painted, although the attached photo shows it as incomplete as it was taken a few weeks ago - Due date: Flexible

Hi there Need to sand and oil a deck. Size is approx 25 feet by 15. There are some stairs as well leading to the garden. By chance do you repair odd timber boards where needed. I reckon there are about 10 that could do with fresh ones
