It’s approximately 50sqm with a kitchen and staircase in the room which don’t require painting. The trim around three windows, three doors , two doors also require a coat. I have a black wooden dining room table with slight engravings/designs and 6 dining table chairs. The wooden parts of the chairs and the table need to be smoothened, painted and maybe even varnished (if varnishing is advisable). The material portions of the chairs need to be removed and replaced with a similar white or cream fabric. Would be great if the fabric can be provided. Looking for someone to paint my open plan lounge room, dining room, kitchen and laundry walls, doors/window trims/skirting boards and ceilings. This is a federation style house in Ashbury, the lounge room has a decorative plaster ceiling and stained glass casement windows. The other ceilings have recently had 3 sky lights installed which need the surrounds painting. Approx floor size of the entire area is approx 35sqm. Not a lot of wall space to be painted overall but there is detail in the windows, ceilings and trims. A few very small cracks that need to be patched beforehand. I can buy the paint. I have a 8 seater dining table and chairs in brown wood and would like it sanded back to white if possible

Sand a 8 piece dining suite and paint white if possible

The table has been sanded and stained but needs resealing/Staining. I am happy to purchase stain or have this included in the task but would need advice on the colour and type of stain. I would like to tone down the orange tones in the timber to better suit our flooring.

We have 6 upholstered cream/sand coloured dining chairs that are badly stained (water damaged) that need stains removed/cleaned.
