Paint 1 bedroom and adjoining corridor. The common wall between them is a new gyprock wall already plastered. Painting required: Corridor: walls, ceiling, skirting boards, cornices & picture rails (room dimensions 1.2m x 3.7m). Bedroom: walls, ceiling, skirting boards, cornices & picture rails (room dimensions 3.6m x 3.5m). Doors do not require painting. Some patching required on/around new wall. Ceilings 3.3m. Ground level easy access (no stairs). (Note plastering in images yet to be sanded but this will be done shortly.)

I have a vacant 2 bedroom apartment which I require painted using Dulux Lexicon half. The apartment was last painted entirely about 9 years ago so is looking a bit tired. NB I recently renovated the kitchen so that ceiling was painted along with the bathroom ceiling. Job is to paint the balance of the apartment. 2 coats Bedrooms, dining, living, entry area Ceiling, windows, doors, frames, skirting, includes preparation, paints and labour. One Bedroom Apartment in Mosman. It's painted only a few yrs ago so in great condition. There are moisture stains on the ceiling of living room and bedroom hence the ceiling need to be painted. This will be paid by Strata so I need a fixed quote to send them for approval. Floor plan is attached. 1 wall needs wallpaper removed, the rest of the room and ensuite needs prepping, base coat and painting( in all the same colour). We can provide paint. The skirting boards do not need painting. The ceilings in both the bathroom and bedroom need painting. The bedroom is a standard double bedroom. The ensuite is small .

Due to damage to the door we had a locksmith repair it and now it just needs to be repainted in an off white/ cream.

We require painters for 4 bedrooms a hallway and a stairwell. 4 doors and stairrail also require painting.
