Reposting as have now got access to apartment (was previously tenanted) so can give more accurate details (which may impact previous quotes) and is available to paint from now. Am particularly looking for immediate and quick paint job if possible. The earlier the better. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment ~64m2 (layout is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 hallway and one open kitchen/loungeroom). Would like the following included: - Skirting boards (one is damaged as per photos so I am looking to supply replacement skirting board portion) - Door frames - Ceilings - inside walk in robe of bedroom - Grey kitchen cupboards (I believe this requires laminate paint). Looking for it all to be painted white. Minimal patch work as per photos although there are cracks/lines where ceiling meets walls. This 2 bed 1 bath apartment requires painting through out. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling, so just the untiled surfaces (Ceiling). There are hook which need to be removed and the resulting patching to those holes as well as some plastering around the fridge cavity.
