Painting a small one bedroom apartment, paint whole apartment, walls, ceiling,skirting and bathroom. Bedroom 2.8m x 3m and living dining kitchen area is 3.3m x 7m.

We have an empty 3 bedroom apartment that needs a fresh internal coat of good quality 'white' washable paint to the existing walls and skirting only (no doors or ceilings) before we move in. We are looking to have the existing biege/cream coloured walls in each of the 3 bedrooms (including Inside of robes) , the walk-in-robe, the open plan Dining/Living area and the Kitchen Area to be painted 'white'. The existing walls are in good condition. In addition to painting the existing walls white, we are also looking to have one wall in the Living Room painted with a concrete effect paint (Dulux Design Concrete Effect water-based paint) to create a feature wall. (https://www.dulux.com.au/specifier/products/designeffects/overview/concrete-effect) I have attached a copy of the apartment floor plan (with dimensions) indicating which walls are to be painted white and which wall is to be painted with the Dulux Design Concrete Effect paint. I have also attached photos of the apartment to help with understanding the task. We will also be replacing the existing carpet in the bedrooms and installing hybrid timber flooring over the tiles in the open plan Dining/Living area and the Kitchen Area after the painting is completed so there is no floor protection required whilst undertaking the painting work. The apartment is located on Level 1 of the building with easy stair access. There is off-street parking available too. The work would have to be done on 30th and/or 31st March in order to be completed prior to the Easter Long Weekend as we are planning to move in over Easter. We require the painter to be fully licenced, insured and to supply all equipment, materials and labour for the painting of the 'white' walls. We will supply the Dulux Design Concrete Effect paint for the feature wall in the Living Room, however we are open to having the supply of the Dulux Design Concrete Effect paint to be included in the offer.

I have some odd jobs that need doing at my apartment and need someone handy to help out. Time allocation is an estimate, I can pay as we go with cash if the time goes over. - Cleaning of the windows in and out as well as balcony glass - see attached pics. I have window squeedgee/cleaner/chemicals but if you have a good window cleaning device it may help to bring it. - Attaching a dog seat to my bike (it comes with instructions). - Painting varnish onto outdoor furniture (I have the varnish and paint brush).

New carpet only required in the x2 actual bedrooms Duties - remove old carpet in full in bedrooms only (x2 bedrooms) - supply and lay new carpet in bedrooms only (x2 bedrooms) here are dimensions of both bedrooms: bedroom x1. 3.6 x 3.7 bedroom x2. 3.3 x 2.9 Just require basic rental apartment new carpet for modern apartment but must be hardwarding/durable and dark in colour. I've just put x3 hours work ($35/hour) i understand actual carpet costs and extra time if needed will be additional. quick and easy site visit is possible to quote for job.
