I would like my apartment professionally painting to a high standard. 1) Living room including ceilings, door frames and skirtings 2) 2X bedrooms Inc ceilings, skirtings, door frames and in the wardrobe spaces. In the living room id like on wall painting a deep blue (pictured with the blue samples on wall) In one bedroom I’d like one wall painting burgundy. (Pictured same) Other walls very slight off white Ceilings white (I can get the paint) Pictures are of apartment, there won’t be cabinets in the living room anymore so all walls accessible. I’ve put some pictures up of issues I’ve spotted that will need prepping prior to paint. Also cabinets in the living room were screwed to the wood so they need plugging. I will just have had new flooring put in days before so it will need covering. Thanks!

Paint bedroom (approx 3.5 x 3.5 )and main living area (approx 7.5 x 5.5 which includes kitchen) plus roof of this area in one bedroom apartment. Colour we would like is Lexicon Quarter low sheen for walls plus ceiling white for roof. Apartment will be empty as we pick up keys on December 21 but would like it completed before Christmas. Walls are already white and should have had an end of lease clean so cleaning should be minimal. There is one feature wall which is a darker colour which may need undercoat. We do not have access to the property until December 21, but do have plans we can provide with rough dimensions. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 21 December 2023
