Scope of works: • Coat to all internal walls & ceilings - upto discretion on how many coats necessary • Skirting boards: recently removed and reinstalled after hybrid flooring → require puttying, gapping, sanding, and painting • 4 old PowerPoint holes: timber backing + gyprock already installed → just minor patching, sanding and paint Apartment is very easily accessible - designated car port located right next to lift access Happy to supply paint if preferred, otherwise include in quote. Have moved out of apartment. and some walls have been damaged. Most damage has been plastered and under coated. Need a door painted and walls touched up where they have been damaged. Mainly hall way and living area . Need job done in next few days.

Require a painter for a couple hours to touch up a lot of little shabby bits of paint and also do one full wall. Painter will need to come and inspect and prep and then get some match paint from Bunnings (5 minutes drive from Apartment). There is also a couple of bed heads that were screwed to the wall which have been taken off and those screw holes need to be patched/painted as they will leave a row of screw holes. 2 Br/2bath apartment. Empty. Currently Dulux Whisper white. Preparation for sale. It has holes in walls from removed fixtures, as well as the usual scrapes and wear. Will provide pics if interested. Changing colour might be perfect to more modern shade but unknown if in budget.

I’ve half done my apartment and I just can’t get the finishes to look good. Previous paint job was bad so im not fussed. Wall prep, cleaning, holes and masking done. 70m squared. I have the paint although I suspect I will need more which I can purchase.
