8 Apartment Painters in Erskineville

I’m looking for a painting quote for a 1 bedroom apartment in erskineville. We need it painted by this Friday. It’s to touch up the apartment ready for sale. The place was originally painted 6 years ago but it would be the whole apartment including bathroom. Please see floor plan attached. Please is currently not tenanted but does have some furniture in there (ie couch, book shelf and bed). Can be moved into the kitchen if required. Walls and ceiling required but no doors or skirting

Patch walls with damage from screwing things and using sticky tape. Paint it after. It doesn’t need to paint the whole thing, but where there is stain and patches to make sure is looking homogeneous. The deck also has a rubber material sticked on it which needs to be removed and maybe some varnish might need to be applied.

I need the painting services for the ceilings and cornicing throughout; bedroom (primarily two walls as wardrobe takes up one wall and floor to ceiling sliding doors another wall). Combined living/dining/kitchen which also has floor to ceiling sliding doors along one wall. Bedroom and living room feature wall currently dark paint, the remainder is cream. Final finishes to be cool white throughout. I can supply the paint and undercoat. Raedy from next week.

Hi I have some areas of wall which have been damaged from peeling off command hooks where paintings were. Most spots are no bigger than a 50 cent piece (except for door frame as noted below). Balcony ceilings – 12 spots Back of two doors – 8 spots total Frame of a doorway – 2 big spots where the paint has scraped away. Bedroom wall - 2 small marks I don’t want entire walls repainted, simply need the spots painted over. I will need you to colour match the existing paint, will pay for the paint. There are two different colours of paint (one for doors and one for walls/ceilings).

We are looking for a painter to complete the paint job in our 90 sqm unit that we started and have realised it’ll take too long to finish ourselves! Everything has been sanded, wiped down with sugar soap, and holes filled and covered in undercoat - which means you won't have to spend time and effort on any of that! Walls are only 2.5M high, and we have two small (3 step) ladders you can use. Paint will be provided. The colour is Natural White, so will need be mindful during job to ensure no roller marks etc. Two coats will be required for both walls and doors.
