I’m looking for a qualified mobile mechanic who can come out to my house in Coomera and repair my 2014 Ford Transit (158,000 km). I found a shredded section of the serpentine/aux belt under the van (photos attached), and I’m also getting a rattling noise around 2,500–3,000 RPM. The belt has definitely started tearing, so I need it inspected and replaced ASAP. What I need done: ✅ Diagnose the cause of the belt shredding ✅ Supply and replace the serpentine/auxiliary belt ✅ Inspect the belt tensioner ✅ Inspect the idler pulleys ✅ Inspect the A/C compressor pulley for binding/misalignment ✅ Remove any leftover shredded belt pieces ✅ Confirm everything is aligned and running smoothly The van still drives but I want this fixed before the belt fully snaps.
