Hi there, I’m looking at buying a 2013 Jeep Patriot and would like to book a pre-purchase inspection. The seller has offered a valid pink slip, but I’d like a full mechanical check before committing. Ideally the morning of Thursday 9th, Friday 10th or Saturday 11th of October. The car is located in Greenacre, and I’d like to confirm general condition and roadworthiness — particularly engine, transmission, suspension, and any common Patriot issues. I have installed a new head unit in my Holden Captiva 7 (2015 model). The car came with an infotainment system which showed the reverse camera and the aircon information (temperature, speed, etc). I installed the head unit but the AC information is not being shown. The original reverse camera also will need to me removed and replaced with a new one (I don't have a new one, happy to pay for a new one if provided) as it doesn't work with the new head unit. Hi, I’ve just replaced an old battery in a Toyota Corolla 05. The car starts but there is no power on the dash (Speedometer, gauges) blinkers, power windows and radio. The key fob does not work, no central locking and the transmission is locked, have to use shift lock to put into gear. I’ve checked small fuses all seem to be working but don’t have a meter reader and need someone who can find the fault for me please. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 31 July 2023
