looking for someone to put on front and rear brake pads on my 2009 mazda 3 maxx sport

Needing all 4 Brake Pads replaced, I have purchased the required pads for the car but I have no tools and I have no idea what I'm doing. Person organised for the job has fallen through, needing it done this week as pink slip is Monday next week ready for re-registration. Car is a 2016 RAV4. Car can be available from midday.

Can’t trust the dealer as they pushed to get discs/rotors replaced when they seem to have plenty (approx 21.5) mm left (discs are 22mm when new, minimum is 19mm) when someone took wheel off to measure them today.
