Hello! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym on a Monday – Thursday 10am-6:30pm, Friday 7am-12pm Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. We need your feedback across the hospitality industry. This mission involves exploring all aspects of a pub, including gaming, bar, and bistro. You must be okay with doing all areas. You would need to enter the venue as a mystery patron and experience its customer service and quality. Take a friend to share the food. The Airtasker budget includes your spending, food (two main meals), a drink, and a punt if required. As a casual mystery shopper/auditor, your responsibilities will be to; Shop in various venues within a specific timeframe Understand the “brief” or “requirements” of the visit Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop Submit your survey findings online by the deadline Mystery Shopping is casual/ Adhoc work, where you pick which days and times to visit the venue. Description: I’m looking for a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a store that sells women's clothing. This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. The time frame you outline must match the entry time recorded on the store cameras. -The report must be returned back typed and neat as it’s used for training purposes. -The report needs to be returned the same day while the visit is fresh in your mind please.
