Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + a $60 reimbursement for your package. You will need to go this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. These mystery shops will involve completing a 60-minutes Floatation therapy session, so please only apply for this shop if this is something you are interested in and comfortable with. For this you would be purchasing 1 x Floatation Therapy session for $89 (we would reimburse you the full $89) and you will be paid $30 for completing a valid mystery shopping report. You will call the centre and ask about how they clean the float tanks, book an appointment online and arrive at the centre. While at the centre, you will assess the service you receive before and after your Float therapy session, the presentation of the centre and the Floatation experience. You would then be reporting back on your experience as a first-time visitor. You will need to book 2 days in advance for a session on or before Sunday via the website. This is a great opportunity to get a free Floatation Therapy session - and if you haven't tried it before, it's an opportunity to give it a go.
