Hi Taskers! We are looking for someone to present as a potential buyer to a retirement village in order to gauge the customer service received. You can be of retirement age, or enquiring on another persons behalf. Simply call the village to make an appointment to view, attend the appointment, then complete a survey on the service level and follow up received. Wait up to 5 days to allow for follow up (in most instances this occurs earlier) then submit the survey and get paid. No contracts to sign or purchasing required!

You will also need to purchase one of the products recommended by the staff member (related to the health scenario). This cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the pharmacy from the various staff members that you interact with. Budget for this task is $40 (inclusive of fees). Can't name the specific location of the store for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions!
