GHL Solar CRM & Sales Automation Specialist I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist with proven solar industry experience to build a fully integrated pre-sales and sales system for my solar business. This is more than just setting up a CRM. I want someone who understands the solar sales process and can build a system that improves our lead-to-sale conversion. Key requirements: * Fully configure and optimise GHL * Integrate SolarQuotes leads directly into GHL * Automatically create and allocate leads to salespeople * Build the complete lead → pre-sales → appointment → quote → follow-up → sale pipeline * Automated SMS/email responses to new leads * Automated follow-ups for no answer, appointments, quotes, lost leads and “not ready yet” customers * Salesperson tasks, reminders and follow-up prompts * Lead scoring and pipeline management * Automated customer education before appointments * Calendar/appointment integration * Sales dashboards and reporting * Track contact rate, appointment rate, quote rate and conversion rate * Track salesperson performance and lead sources * Build a repeatable sales procedure/SOP within GHL * Automate as much of the pre-sales process as realistically possible SolarQuotes experience is essential You must have experience integrating SolarQuotes with a CRM/GHL or working with SolarQuotes lead data. Australian solar industry experience is highly preferred. Our current lead conversion is around 5%, and the goal is to significantly improve this through faster response times, better follow-up, automated nurturing and a more structured sales process.
