need someone professional

This is a project related to Mental Health & Nature. It's about people connecting with trees for 2 minutes at a time towards calming their inner worlds - and also reconnecting with nature towards environmental awareness and care too. Meditation is great – but it can also be difficult! This is about ‘including a tree’ in the meditation process – we need real people trying this and recording their experience.Ideally you are genuinely interested in these themes! The role is, to find a tree that you perhaps find impressive. You either put your hands against the tree, lean your back against the tree or hug the tree for 2 minutes and 'try the process' - to see what it does for you. Ideally you set an alarm for 2 minutes, then record AFTER the 2 minutes (it would be good to include the sound of the alarm) and the describe your experience speaking directly to the camera or as if you were talking to someone off camera - but we want 'talking heads'. Describe what you felt. Was there tension, did you relax? How did your body feel, thoughts? How did the energy of the tree feel? We want REAL feedback. Ideally it will include any calming effects, reflections on nature, the world, or even what it was like if they initially felt awkward doing it in public! Be completely honest, whether the experience was positive, surprising, neutral or even sceptical. We're looking for genuine, unscripted experiences—not actors. That's what will help inspire others to give it a try. These clips will go on our socials - we plan to get heaps! We imagine people doing them for free in the future and sending them to us direct or positing them too. Getting out of your head from 2 minutes and 'dropping into your body' and using the tree as a 'third party' to give some focus and a different energy connection. So it's about mental health - it can be a 'real' maybe even sensitive experience described.

I need someone who can bridge the gap between creating content and getting it strategically posted, seen and converted into bookings and sales. During the trial, I’d like you to: • Get to know the TAHC brand, audience and current offers • Review my existing content and identify what should be promoted • Create a simple 2-week content/distribution plan • Turn raw content into polished, brand-aligned posts • Edit short-form video/Reels • Refine hooks, captions and CTAs where needed • Repurpose, schedule and publish content consistently • Help promote events, services and digital products • Review basic performance and make recommendations I’m looking for someone creative, strategic, proactive and organised who understands that great social media should ultimately drive action — not just likes. Adelaide-based is preferred as I’d love to meet in person weekly at my CBD studio, but I’m open to remote for the right person. Please view @thealignedhorizonscollective on Instagram before applying. This is a short-term contract initially, with genuine potential for ongoing work and a larger role if we’re a great fit.
