I am in Sydney and my client is in Western Australia. I require you to go ON-SITE at a hospital catering department and take a VIDEO of a machine in operation. You then need to send me the video by a cloud app like Dropbox or Onedrive etc... What you will need: 2-3 Magnets - NOT fridge magnets, something more significant and about the size of a 50c piece A device to take the video (phone etc..) Be courteous and speak well, to my client.
