We would need to head to the store on the WEEKDAY and submit the report of your experience on or before the due date. **If you are in any way nervous of heading out, or are concerned about following government guidelines for masks, distancing, etc., please do not apply for this shop. We can't name the client publicly, however we can answer some FAQs: 1. What is involved? You would need to watch a short training video that describes the shop's requirements. You'd then go into the store between 9am-4pm and pretend that you are needing a new cooker. We will provide you with the details of the product. 2. Do I need to buy anything? No, you do not need to pay anything throughout the shop. 3. What happens after I've been in to the store? As soon as you can, fill out the online report answering questions about the customer service that you received. That's it! It's super straightforward, but we are more than happy to answer any questions below.
