You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. Hello, I am looking for an Airbnb Co-host. I have a two story 3 bedroom house in Strathmore. I have just got the house prepared and the Ad is completed with professional photos and description. It would be available to rent when I am on longer holidays. I have already organised a cleaner to come around when possible. I would like the co host to be able to do all the bookings, help set the best prices, respond quickly to any online questions, communicate with the cleaner etc So when I am on holiday you take care of everything . Although most of this would be done online, it's important that they would be able to be able to visit the house in Strathmore if needed in case of emergency. Visit 3 retailers in the morning (around 9am) and then the same stores again in the afternoon (between 3 and 6pm) You need a Smart Phone as the survey you complete is via an app. It will lead you through simple questions and guide you on what to take photos of. The stores will be in close proximity to each other. This is the process In the morning you will walk into the first store, Identify the display, use app to record specific details and a selection of about 10 photos. The photos need to be clear and show exactly what we require. The app automatically uploads survey to us when completed. Allow 5 - 15 minutes per store (average 7 mins) You then do the same process in another 2 stores in a very similar location as we are looking to compare stores that are in competition. You repeat the same process in the afternoon between 3pm and 5pm. Simple but very important to our business. This could be an ongoing role every few weeks if it works well for you.
