To do this mystery shop you will need to have some experience attending fitness classes. As part of the Mystery Shopping team, you will be helping assess their staff's customer service and ultimately help them improve this service with your feedback. 1. Reach out to your allocated studio and enquire about doing a trial NB: it may be free or you may need to pay. If you need to pay for a trial class, we will reimburse you. 2. Assess the class confirmation process. 3. Assess the studio (exterior, reception, merchandise area, bathrooms, lockers and uniforms). 4. Assess the welcome and tour provided. 5. Assess the class (the instructor and how they conducted the class). 6. After the class (interaction with the staff member, invitation to join as a member). Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete and this is required before you can commence the visit to the gym. If the task is cancelled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. Need someone to go to an address in the Brisbane CBD (which we use as our virtual address as has a bunch of businesses working there) and take a video with their phone to show it's our actual business address. You will just need to contact the business centre directly (I'll provide the number) to organise a time that suits both yourself and the business centre manager to come in and do the quick verification video. You will need to bring in a laptop and print out our company logo on an A3 piece of paper (so it looks like company signage and you can put it up in the business centre for the video) to show that the address is our business location in the video. I can't do this myself as I don't live in Australia anymore, so just need someone that can organise this and get the video for me so we can verify our Google Business listing.
