No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. To do this mystery shop you will need to have some experience attending fitness classes. This will just ensure as a mystery shopper, you already have a level of comfort in a fitness studio and surroundings are familiar. You do not need to be in peak physical condition or have amazing fitness. As part of the Mystery Shopping team, you will be helping assess their staff's customer service and ultimately help them improve this service with your feedback. 1. Reach out to your allocated studio and enquire about doing a trial NB: it may be free or you may need to pay. If you need to pay for a trial class, we will reimburse you. 2. Assess the class confirmation process. 3. Assess the studio (exterior, reception, merchandise area, bathrooms, lockers and uniforms). 4. Assess the welcome and tour provided. 5. Assess the class (the instructor and how they conducted the class). 6. After the class (interaction with the staff member, invitation to join as a member). Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete and this is required before you can commence the visit to the gym. If the task is cancelled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. If there is no correspondence within 48 hours, you will be cancelled from this task. Please only offer on this task if you’re able to complete it by the specified deadline.
