Hi there! We have a mystery shop opportunity at a retail store. You will need to go to this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received within 24 hours. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. You will have 48 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. You cannot complete the shop till the training has been completed and our confirmation email has been sent to you. Need someone to go to an address in the Brisbane CBD (which we use as our virtual address as has a bunch of businesses working there) and take a video with their phone to show it's our actual business address. You will just need to contact the business centre directly (I'll provide the number) to organise a time that suits both yourself and the business centre manager to come in and do the quick verification video. You will need to bring in a laptop and print out our company logo on an A3 piece of paper (so it looks like company signage and you can put it up in the business centre for the video) to show that the address is our business location in the video.
