I have a Hills Home Hub cabinet (I believe a 400 Series) which I was not provided with a key for when I moved in. In addition, my Hills alarm system is showing a red status light with the message “backup battery low", and the siren goes off whenever there is a power outage. Therefore, I'm looking for someone to: * Unlock/open the Hills Home Hub cabinet * Ideally replace the lock barrel and provide new keys * Inspect and replace the alarm system backup battery * Test the alarm and external siren to make sure everything is working correctly Please only quote if you are familiar with Hills security/alarm systems. Door handle has been replaced by deadbolt. Need original knobset privacy handle reinstalled above the new deadbolt. Photos below show door handle in the original position and the new deadbolt.

Looking for a locksmith to repair or replace the lock/handle mechanism on an external door. The issue is: - Outside handle: turns/moves but does not engage the mechanism, so the door cannot be opened from outside using the handle. - Inside handle: works completely normally and opens the door without any issue. - Key/lock: the key works and is able to lock/unlock the door. - It therefore appears to be an issue with the external handle or its connection to the internal lock/latch mechanism, rather than the lock cylinder itself. Holes and mortice are pre cut. Install lock only. Jib for Tuesday and or Wednesday. Experienced with mortice locks. Help one our locksmiths install 26 hotel mortice locks. All ocks supplied. Quote is per lock to cut the mortice perfectly and the side holes and install the lock. Instruction will be given but must be experienced with installing mortice locks and have own tools. They can be done quick once in a rythum. You can do as many as you like up to 30 this week. Excellent potential for ongoing jobs like this. Hard hat, high Vis and steel caps required. Site induction required and white card.
