I need someone to remove the existing door handle then install a new door handle on the internal door. Currently the door handle is jammed and the door will not open. One of the screws in the existing door handle has a damaged head so i assume a drill will be needed to remove it. I prefer someone who can source the door handle and install it too but I am comfortable with installing myself as well if required.

Repair the existing gate latch (see photo). The latch is misaligned and needs to be fixed so it locks securely and Replace the lock set on the main entrance door (see photo). I have already purchased a new one it just needs to be installed in place of the old one.

The entrance door handle lock is faulty and needs replacing, but the deadlock is fine. To match them I think we need to replace both as it is the front door. The brand is Gainsborough, and we would like to go with the same.
