Replacing 7 door handles - will need to chisel front plate to fit. Handles supplied.

I need my back/side door modified since it currently can be accessed from interior-only. For that, it needs a secure lock pad which lets me open/close the door from the outside as well. Looking for someone experienced in door hardware/lock installation. Please provide a quote and availability.

We’ve installed a ubolt dead lock that is a tiny bit sensitive and get jammed frequently. It will still lock, but with a jam message. The only way to avoid the error is to pull our door shut VERY TIGHTLY and lock. I’m worried it’s damaging our door, so would love to fix it. Open to your expertise, if you can fix it, great. If you think we shall change the door lock, let me know the quote. Love if it’s done once and for all. I need a smart code lock, which I can access remotely. 11am - 2pm working hours preferred. I need to lock my bedroom door from the outside and need the replace my existing passage door handle with an entrance-style one. This will require additional drilling to make the two side holes where the side pings go bigger. $100 is for the labour and equipment hire. I have the door handles already.
