The existing holes in both doors do not match the new locks, so the doors will need to be modified/redrilled to fit the new locks correctly. I have tried to install myself but can’t get the lock in the right spot to turn 90 degrees and in lock position. It is for a mailbox with the lock sitting in the middle. Need to be available this morning
