Bathroom door latch requires replacement. The door handle operates normally, however when the handle is pushed down, the latch bolt does not retract fully into the door, making it difficult or impossible to open the door. I have removed the door handle and believe the issue is with the latch mechanism itself (tubular latch/latch bolt). A replacement latch will likely be required. I am unable to remove and replace the latch mechanism myself.

The offer was $80 in the Airtasker offer section. However, in the comments he mentioned an additional $320 for materials, even though he did not supply any materials. I supplied everything and he only did the installation. On the day, he demanded extra payment and refused to leave until it was paid. Please be very careful, read all comments and terms, and clarify costs before accepting an offer.
