Remove & install two smart Locks: - Remove standard, single-latch entrance door & garage door knobs (60mm backset). - Install 2x Orion Grid Connect Smart Wi-Fi Entrance Locks. - Standard timber doors. - This lock will require one small anchor hole at the top to secure the outer handle. - Ensure both locks fit flush latch smoothly into the existing door frame strike plates and lock correctly. (otherwise, batteries will dry up extremely fast) - Experience with installing smart locks is preferred. - Cleanup

Replace the bathroom lock as it is broken.

Locksmith to replace broken deadbolt and rekey to existing key. Require similar to style shown with a long bolt.

Replace two existing door knobs with new door knob sets. Prefer to get the same door knobs as the current ones

Replace existing door handle with a lockable version

Need the old brass knob on one interior door replaced with a lever handle lock (satin chrome or matt black). Standard Schlage tubular latch, 60mm backset, hollow-core door. Please quote full service including hardware. You must bring the new lock with you on the day, I’m not supplying anything. The client has 3 lock points: • 1 x deadlock on the main entrance door • 1 x handle/entrance lock on the main entrance door • 1 x lock on the security screen door The client would ideally like all 3 locks to operate with the same key. We are looking for the most cost-effective option. If the existing locks can be re-keyed or the cylinders/barrels replaced rather than replacing the complete lock sets, that would be preferred.
