Current doorknobs lock mechanism from inside are broken and no keys are available. 2. Replacement of storage room doorknob (similar doorknob as item 1). Current doorknob lock mechanism from inside is working but no key is available to lock from outside. Storage room is located outside the house, connected to backyard deck. 2b. The storage room door has a bit of friction when opening too, may need some sanding to ensure it opens/closes smoothly. 3. Replacement of lock mechanism/entire door handle in front door security/metal door. Current issue: the locking mechanism from inside doesn’t seem to lock but seems to lock fine from outside with a key. 4. Replacement of window winders. Two around the house have issues. One of the windows doesn’t open while the other can’t be closed without pushing from outside. There should be a total of 7 window hinges around the house. Please quote replacement for each vs replacing all 7 with a uniform look. No external key is required for windows. Just something of good quality and works reliably to close/open the windows. 5. Bonus task: I have an outdoor motorised roller shutter that’s stuck. Plan to replace it at later point. Will be good if you can fully open it (fully retracted to let sunlight through) and cover the switch plate inside with an empty plate to prevent accidental operation of the outdoor shutter.
