Looking for an experienced locksmith or handyman to install a Philips EasyKey 7300 Smart Mortise Lock on my front timber door. Job includes: Remove the existing mortise lock. Install the new Philips 7300 smart lock. Make any minor door/frame modifications if required. Ensure all functions are working correctly (fingerprint, PIN, RFID, key, auto-lock). Test the lock thoroughly and clean up after the installation. Please only apply if you have experience installing Philips or other smart mortise locks It might involve minor adjustments depending on the existing mortise lock

Our ensuite door is interfering with the door frame at high level because the top hinge is slightly bent causing the door to lean forward towards the door frame. So the top hinge needs replacing. The privacy lock also needs replacing.

My Austral multipoint lock still operates the top and bottom rods, but the key won’t fully turn to engage the deadlock. Looking for someone who can identify the issues and repair/ replace the cylinder or gearbox?
