The key is stuck inside the door lock cylinder. It turns fine to lock and unlock the door, but it cannot be pulled out or removed. I need a locksmith to fix the cylinder alignment or replace the lock so I can use the key normally from both inside and outside.

Task details: I need a locksmith or experienced handyman to swap out my existing front door and back door locks for new smart locks and lever handles. Please factor this in when quoting. • Fit a passage lever handle set (tubular latch, 60mm backset) supplied separately • Adjust/replace the strike plate on the frame so the bolt throws cleanly and the door closes square • Fill / patch any holes left from previous lock The front door is a solid timber heritage door, so I’d prefer someone comfortable working neatly on older timber and getting the alignment right (the door may have settled slightly over the years). No wiring or power needed — the locks are battery-operated. Photos of existing lock attached (same on both doors) as well as new lock.

Need to install a smart lock LOCKLY vision - only install I can programme etc. The existing handle reversed so out of the way for new lock which needs to be installed at eye level.
