Have a normal lock in my door, need to replace it with my smart lock

Go to Bunnings and pick a lock that we can organise prior. I will pay and then please come and installed into my door cutting into the door maybe needed.

I have installed a new smart door lock by a lock smith but it was not installed properly and I need someone with good experience with smart door lock installation to fix the issues. The smart door lock is Yale ByYou Pro. - The latch isn't engaging fully because the strike hole in the door frame isn't deep enough and the shape is not rectangle. The new door lock is a mortise lock. The door latch holes need to be adjusted to the right depth and shape. - The lock faceplate isn't fully recessed into the edge of the door and needs to be adjusted. - Two screws on the faceplate are stripped. They need to be taken out so that I can put new screws. - Need to make sure the door is working smoothly after modifications.

Looking for an experienced locksmith to complete two jobs at our home in Ivanhoe, VIC. Front door: Install a supplied Aqara U400 smart deadbolt. The existing door has a different lock configuration, so modification may be required. Scope to include: * Assess existing door and lock configuration * Remove/modify existing lock hardware as required * Install supplied Aqara U400 smart deadbolt * Install a discreet magnetic latch to hold the door securely closed when the U400 deadbolt is unlocked * Retain the existing pull handle where practical * Neatly cover or minimise any holes/scarring left by existing hardware * Ensure the door closes, latches, locks and unlocks correctly Preference is for a clean, minimalist finish, with the magnetic latch providing the non-locking closure and the Aqara U400 providing the locking/security function. Back door: Adjust or modify the existing lock so that it does not automatically lock every time the door is closed. We want to be able to close the door without accidentally being locked out and manually lock it when required. Photos of both existing door configurations are attached. Aqara U400 supplied by me. Please advise on and supply any additional magnetic latch or installation hardware required. The lock probably needs to be replaced but if it can be fixed that would be great! If it cannot be fixed I would like some helping in sourcing the correct sized handle and lock. The circled bit in the photo is the bit that is not working properly.
