Need an experienced smart lock installer to install a Aqara D100 Smart Door Lock (we will purchase) on an existing front door in Mordialloc (Melbourne SE Suburbs). As part of this would like these done : - Remove existing door lock (see photos) - Clean install/patching any holes in door where old lock was if needed (not 100% sure of size/position of new D100 vs old lock). - If applicable/possible (if Aqara keys are regular size) - change barrel for physical key in D100 to match current door key so we don't have to get new ones cut. Prior to install - if someone can confirm that our existing door/frame is suitable for the D100 (based on photos - can provide measurements too if needed). Otherwise suggest alternate smart lock they could install that would fit. Note - not required : No configuration/setup is required - I'm a IT developer/Home Automation expert and can do all that side myself.

Balcony door in family home has a faulty door handle lock. Need this one removed and re install with new door lock. Handle with key lock. Door won’t open. It’s a cheap handle where centre lock twists to normally open door. Door May possibly need to be replaced aligned. - Due date: Flexible
Brandon got the balcony door open and replaced the barrel in the old lock. The agreed task was that he was to supply a better quality lock and we would reimburse him for the new lock on completion and supplying invoice. Also told us he would come 9-10, at 11 msg’s saying he would be there at 11:30 meanwhile my elderly mother was left waiting. For this reason I cannot recommend Brandon.
