What do home and lifestyle services include?

Busy people have a lot to handle. That's when Taskers come in. Home and lifestyle services allow you to manage your time, cope with all your tasks, and enjoy a healthier and happier lifestyle! Your Tasker can take care of some chores and help you tick things off your to-do list so you can have extra valuable time with yourself, your friends, or your family! Whether it's getting delivery for packages, planning a busy schedule, doing shopping errands, or getting purchases in stores, Taskers may take these requests as lifestyle management and home service.

Here are some of the home and lifestyle services your Tasker can help you with:

Home management

It can be challenging to keep an eye out on your home or property, especially if you have ever-growing personal or professional commitments. Let your Tasker take care of this by ensuring your property is in tip-top shape! They can go over your house, give you regular updates on its condition, and inform you if it’s time for maintenance.

Home and property management services are applicable not just to those who have lived in the same house for a while. If you’re only about to move into a new home, your Tasker can assist you with identifying parts of the property that need to be fixed or upgraded, and they can also help you move and settle down. If you need a hand in assembling your furniture, handyman repairs, or decluttering, you can also rely on a Tasker!

House sitting

Need to travel for personal leisure or business purposes? Feel free to do so with no worries or stress because your Tasker can provide you with professional house sitting services! You may be tempted to ask your neighbour to watch your house, but they can also be occupied with their own tasks and may leave your home unattended. You can trust your Tasker to handle anything that goes wrong in your house as quickly as possible while you’re away. They can even have your house spring cleaned to make sure that you get back to it spic and span. Having someone to watch your house can also deter theft, making your valuables safe until your arrival.

Personal concierge

If you need someone to help you with the chore- and errand-based tasks like organising your closet, picking up dry cleaning, or preparing for an upcoming trip, having personal concierge services can be highly beneficial! Think of them as a lifestyle manager. They can assist you with your household tasks so you can focus your time and energy on your work. They can oversee the critical aspects of lifestyle management for you and provide one-off lifestyle support depending on your needs.

Personal assistant

Getting a personal assistant is a way to go for those who need personal and business assistance around the clock. You can get their help anytime to keep your schedules managed, daily tasks coordinated and completed, and other chores finished for you. They can take most, if not all, of your household and business tasks. Your personal assistant can have access to all sides of your life, and that’s what makes it easier for them to be on top of everything you want and need.

Monthly Housekeeper / Deep Clean & Organising

$300

Paddington NSW, Australia

29th Jan 2026

We’re a couple with an 8-month-old baby in a Paddington terrace, looking for a reliable individual (not a cleaning company) for a monthly 6 hour visit. This is not a basic cleaner role. We’re after someone who enjoys deep cleaning, tidying and light organising, with a slightly different focus each visit. Home: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 study, dining room and kitchen. Lived-in but generally tidy. Tasks may include (rotated as needed, not all every visit): • Thorough bathroom and kitchen cleaning • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Dusting surfaces, skirting boards, corners and window sills • Cleaning neglected areas (edges, behind doors, light wall marks) • Light window cleaning (as time allows) • Inside fridge, microwave and light oven clean • Tidying and organising cupboards, drawers, pantry and linen storage • Occasional clothes washing, folding and putting away • Changing bed sheets and refreshing beds • Resetting spaces so the house feels properly sorted, not just “clean” Each visit we’ll agree on one or two focus areas depending on priorities. Schedule: once per month, approx 6 hours, weekdays preferred (flexible). Looking for an experienced independent housekeeper or cleaner, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working around a baby (no childcare required). Please quote your hourly rate and availability. We’re looking for an ongoing arrangement with one consistent person.

Highly recommend Lottie, a detailed, thoughtful cleaner who went above and beyond for us.

Move many boxes outside only - no sorting.

$200

Chifley NSW, Australia

5th Jan 2026

Deceased estate. I need one room of boxes transferred to the backyard for sorting (approx 10m distance from room to backyard). PPE will be required as there are a few 8 legged friends (spiders) hanging about. The boxes themselves are not “dirty” and the contents are all new unused items, ie: kitchen utensils, gardening equipment and loads more random stuff. Some boxes are heavy (maybe 10kg max) but most are just bulky and weigh less than 5kg. In the photo, there is furniture underneath, so it doesn’t go all the way to the floor, (I hope!) But I am getting a skip and hope to sort through one room only on Tuesday 6th - possibility of ongoing weekly work as it is a four room house + attic space. Gloves and mask are available but would be great if you have your own and recommend thick socks. No need to stay and sort or help dispose of rubbish - just lug the boxes outside 😀 Suit someone looking for some cash after the holidays, good at lifting and moving boxes, who doesn’t mind creepy crawlies like spiders and cockroaches 🪳 🕷️

Tim is a powerhouse and I am unable to stress how incredible he was with such a daunting task! I highly recommend Tim for any job you may require and I will definitely be using his services again! Thanks Tim!
