Leaf clean up in garden beds, hard surfaces, nature strip mow and pool scooping. Regular work starting with Monday 8.30am and Friday 4.30pm, may increase to 3 or 4 times weekly. Must be honest, trustworthy and obliging. Must be able to follow instructions on equipment use and generally (e.g. use broom rather than noisy leaf sucker where practicable and ensuring gates are properly opened and closed) and exercise care (e.g. not damage garden lighting). Attention to detail is required with the same care and respect for our property you would show your own. Green bin on site. Must have own insurance and provide certificate of currency. Must have own equipment. $110 inc. GST per attendance (minimum 60 minutes with maximum 90 minutes - some days there will be more to do than others). Paid weekly electronically on invoice being issued (no cash). Must be professional, polite and on time.
