Looking for a reliable, organised and non-judgmental person to help me keep on top of household and life-admin tasks for 2 hours, twice a week. I am a high masking ADHDer/Autistic with chronic health conditions and work full-time, so I'm looking for a practical housekeeper/assistant rather than medical or personal care. Tasks may include laundry, tidying and organisation, changing bedding, groceries/errands, returns, simple meal preparation, household admin, appointment booking or organising paperwork. The first shift will cover mostly food prep and maybe one bigger cleaning task. I already have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight so cleaning will be more about maintaining, or doing a task the cleaner is not able to get to like cleaning out the fridge. The second shift will cover mostly decor and home restructuring. I will include a weekly budget of $50 per week for the housekeeper to buy something needed for the house - anything from organisation baskets, to drying wracks, to organisation shelves, to a vase with flowers. It's whatever they see as needed and will uplift and enrich the space for living. I'm looking for someone proactive who can notice what needs doing rather than needing detailed instructions for every task.

I'm in an apartment at 689 Latrobe (in the free tram zone if you're coming in this way!) and I've got a very deep pantry cupboard that I need some help to reorganise! I've got a set of shelves that I'll put together (photo attached of the box) for the main large shelf in the middle of the pantry.
