Lawn needs mowing. There is a sprinkler system that cannot be damaged so around edges must be done with shears. We also have a ground cover weed that needs to be pulled up and other general weeding. The front lawn is accessible even if I'm not home. There's off street parking. One step down to get into the property. Tidy cut, edges too. Must bring own lawn mower (with a catcher) and whipper snipper etc. Plenty of room for clippings in my green bin.
