This isn't a one-off job; we're looking for someone who can provide this service every 8-10 weeks to keep our furry friends happy! Job details: Purchase Supplies You'll need to pick up two new turf strips from Bunnings before coming to our homes in Marrickville. Every second or third visit, you'll also need to grab a new bag of soil (we'll provide soil for your first visit). Turf Replacement For both our ground-floor apartments (we live right next door to each other!), you'll carefully: - Remove the existing turf and soil. - Lay down a new plastic potty liner. - Add a fresh layer of soil. - Lay the new turf on top and trim any excess. Waste Disposal & Cleanup We'll show you where our green waste bins are so you can dispose of the old turf, excess turf, and used soil. You'll also need to sweep up any spilled soil on our patios and, if necessary, hose down the area for a thorough clean. Important Details - Repeat Service Required We are specifically looking for someone who is available to come back every 8-10 weeks for this recurring service. The front lawn is accessible even if I'm not home. There's off street parking. One step down to get into the property. Tidy cut, edges too. Must bring own lawn mower (with a catcher) and whipper snipper etc. Plenty of room for clippings in my green bin.
