Repair Non-Starting Honda HRU196 Lawn Mower Task Description: Hi, I need an experienced small engine mechanic to help repair my Honda HRU196 Buffalo Pro push lawn mower. The Issue: The motor will not turn over/start. I have already replaced the spark plug with a brand-new one, but it still won't fire up.
