Need the top besser block cut off this retaining wall. Needs to be a clean finish for rendering. There are approx 35 blocks in total to be removed / cut. There are rods in the wall. Due date: before the end of March

2 Retaining walls required (one for each neighbour side) to be done ASAP. What I need is: 1. The CDC states I will need “submit Manufactured or Structural Engineering details for the construction of the proposed retaining walls” I will need the above done first before I can proceed to build. Retaining wall to be built in back yard. It will be behind a cabana so mostly not visible. Just a simple construction needed to hold up excess soil. Approx 3.2m x 2.5m (non-weight bearing) Height 30cm x 60cm or perhaps a little more right at the centre where the two sides meet. Urgent job, prefer completion before 20 January. Price is for labour only, excludes materials.

I have a low retaining wall Rockface cement blocks - max 2.5 blocks high and down to 1.5 blocks and about 20m long - ( (approx 10sq meters) in back yard, easy access - has some black areas needs a good strong high pressure cleaning by next week. Job is in Ryde, not far from Top Ryde. Given that it may be better value to quote a larger job, I also have driveway small front porch and concrete stand alone letter box approx another 55m2. The job can be done on Monday if Sat afternoon does not suit. Please advise what your quote includes - wall only or wall, drive way porch & letterbox.
