Require concrete formed retaining wall to accommodate a future hebel fence or modular fence installation. To be formed up alongside a new pool area to accommodate the following: Lbars tied into the retaining wall, trench mesh for footings, reo required for remaining dirt area surrounding pool. Back fence run wall to be 13mt with an average height of 700mm, side retaining wall to be 8mt long with an average height ranging from 400mm sloping up to 500mm. A small concrete pad will need to be poured and set with mesh tied into the wall formwork 150mm thick. 32 mpa concrete. waterproof concrete additive mixed optional. An expansion joint from the pool coping area will be needed. Back of the concrete to be waterproofed once form work complete to prevent water seepage onto the front-facing wall section as this will have feature stone at a later date. Footings/trench to support the wall will have already been dug which will be a minimum 300deep x 350/400 wide to accommodate wall. Dug to shale/rock and peirs every 1.8mt by me. Behind the wall, will need to have a drainage ag line , blue metal and fabric to channel water from neighbours outside of the pool area. I am after a licensed concrete company or landscape construction company with experience in drainage and concreting to do this job (must be a registered company though, not just a handyman). Hoping to get this done within the next 2 .5 weeks following this weekend while the site is clear(without a house) with easy access for trucks to reverse to pool area. Our house is built on a slope. Currently the small garden we have is held up by a wooden sleeper which acts as the retaining wall before the slope downwards.
