An approximately 2m * 1m section of a brick path needs to be re- laid. I have already lifted the pavers to "shave" roots pushing them up. Hi there, We've just had a bunch of hedges and agapanthus removed at the front of our house. Removing the agapanthus revealed a very subtle slope where the garden bed starts. We're looking to put a fence in, new garden bed and lay new turf. I'm looking for someone prep the whole section, levelling it to get it ready for a fence to go in. We're open to using the same person for the above mentioned other landscaping tasks (fence, turf etc) if they want to quote on it separately but for now just need the soil levelled. See photos of the area. The lawn section is approx. 9000mm L x 6000mm W and the garden bed is approx. 8000m L x 1500m W. Please let me know if your quote includes soil or labour only. Situation: Pavers on our outdoor foot paths had lifted due to tree roots underneath them. Also a small areas of 30 brick size pavers had sunken due to soil erosion. Tasks: 1. Grind or chop up sections of tree roots under those affected pavers so that path ways can be levelled once again; then cement in (or via other methods) to level and settle the pavers. Gutter clean of a single level victorian house, split into 3 residence. Gutters are in Street side, light well side.

2 small bedrooms with carpet. Tiles and Floorboards in communal areas (entrance area, living room, kitchen). 1 full bathroom (shower and toilet) plus 2 toilets. Wooden floor stairs across 3 levels, though it's a small house. We really are clean though we like the ocassional deep clean of the bathrooms (eg. shower), primarily. We'd like someone who is paying attention to the work being done and care about quality (e.g. when dusting and wiping, getting into the cracks and corners), rather than being job after job, focused on finishing up. Other than that, there's nothing special about the house, furniture or other.
