We have an extremely heavy column of granite (1.2m length) and around 200kg weight that needs to be properly lifted out of ground without damaging garden around. This is a job only for someone with correct listing equipment - ie a chain lift or crane like mechanism. This is NOT a job for someone with a spade. The column then needs to be transported to another home 5 minutes away. The column is currently in soil- it is not cemented in we have been able to loosen it and lean the column to a 45 degree angle but to dig it out further will damage the garden.
