Cherry tree two overgrown

Fuel line has split to my chainsaw. I dont have time to fix it as it need to be pulled apart I think it's the line from tank to engine. Not primer to tank.

There are two trees that require cutting back and all cuttings to be taken away. Located in Dromana with substantial driveway access. One is a palm that is growing over the garage roof, and need one trunk removed as circled including the fronds that have landed on the garage roof. The other is a native that is starting to push on the fence and overtake the garden, two main trunks on this one plus foliage. I would need completed by 12pm Monday please. All is within reach standing on the ground.

The work can be done anytime. 📏 For sizing, I measured around the widest part of the trunk at the base and the circumference is approximately 1.1 metres. That equates to roughly 35 cm diameter.
