Bore water pump not drawing water. The bore spear has become detached from the bore screen/filter and the bore cap. It can now only be lowered halfway into the water well before reaching mud. Please assist to retrieve and reattach the filter and cap, and reseat the 3.8m spear. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23rd Oct 2021

We have a bore water pump which has worked well for many years. After a fortnight of no usage, there is no water flow. I've tried priming the pump by pouring water in the top (accessed by removing the bolt). The pump's electrical and mechanical components seem okay - it sounds and looks the same as when it was working. Please assist to restore water flow.

We are in Kyeemagh, we have an old pump and there is plenty of bore water in our area as our neighbors all use it, however our bore water motor seems to work as normal but it is not pumping out any water.

*** Reposting due to a timewaster who never showed up ** We've never used our bore water pump since moving in. Recently, we switched on the pump and it fires up but no Water is coming out. Need someone to check that the pump is actually working properly and there are no blockages in the plumbing.
