Hi! I run a small online nutrition coaching business and I need help planning a month of Instagram content. You don't need to know anything about nutrition. This is a research and organising job. WHAT I NEED: 1. Research what's trending Have a look at what popular nutrition and health creators are posting on Instagram (I'm happy to send you a list of accounts to look at) and note the types of posts that work well, like carousels, reels, myth vs fact posts, "what I eat in a day" and so on. You're just looking for general ideas of what's getting attention. No nutrition knowledge needed. 2. A 4 week content calendar One post per day for 28 days, in a Google Sheet or doc. For each day I need: • The post format (carousel, reel, single image or story) • A short idea of what the post is about • A draft caption 3. Images for each post Find images on Pinterest for each post that fits the style of my page. I'll be using these on my Instagram, so look for clean, bright, good quality images that match the topic of each day's post (food, meal prep, gym, lifestyle and so on). Please avoid anything with watermarks, other people's logos or text overlays. I can also send you my own photos to use, so you won't need to find an image for every day. Please save everything to one shared Pinterest board or folder, labelled with the day it goes with. WRITING THE COPY: You're welcome to use Claude AI (or another AI tool) to write the draft captions. I'll be editing them to sound like me, so they don't need to be perfect. I just need a solid starting point for each day. TONE OF THE BRAND: Casual, warm, direct and real. Not corporate or clinical. I'll send examples of the style I like. WHAT YOU'LL HAND OVER: • A calendar covering all 28 days • Draft captions for every post • An image/series of images for each post (or a note saying which days will use my own photos)

I would like someone who is experienced in developing a personal brand specifically on LinkedIn. What are you able to deliver/offer for the monthly budget? I do not want an AI copy and paste situation. The right person needs to prove themselves capable of actually building a tailored personal branding. Budget, maybe negotiable depending on your suggestions.

I am seeking an experienced Australian grant writer to help strengthen and finalise a Qantas Flight Support Grant application for a small LGBTQIA+ community gardening group based in Brisbane. The group is applying to march in the 2027 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade. Full background information, previous application material and relevant group information will be provided to the successful Tasker. The successful Tasker will need to: 1. Review the Qantas Grant Terms and Conditions and confirm whether a Brisbane based group is eligible. 2. Review the relevant group and Parade application information I provide. 3. Draft and refine compelling, accurate responses to the following grant questions: Why support with Qantas flights would assist the group’s ability to march. The group’s closest airport. Other fundraising or support the group is seeking. Whether the group could participate without flight support. 4. Ensure the responses are specific, persuasive, evidence based and aligned with the grant criteria. 5. Provide final copy ready for me to paste into the application. I will submit the application myself and will not provide account access. Experience with Australian community, arts, events or not for profit grant applications is essential. Please include examples of relevant grant writing experience in your offer. The application closes at 12 pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026. I need the final draft by 5 pm AEST on Wednesday 16 September 2026.

I need my completed resume content formatted into a polished two-to-three-page Microsoft Word resume for an application to become a full-time firefighter with the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service. All content is complete and will be supplied in final form. No resume writing or substantive editing is required. This is primarily a copy-and-paste formatting and document-design task. I want a modern, professional government-application style using navy, charcoal and restrained red accents. It must be clean, credible, easy to read and suitable for applicant-tracking systems. Please do not include a photograph, skill bars, ratings, decorative graphics, columns that interfere with ATS readability or gimmicky firefighter imagery. Required deliverables: - Fully editable Microsoft Word document - Print-ready PDF exported from the completed Word document - Stable fonts, spacing and formatting Please confirm that you can complete it by the deadline and provide examples of professional resumes you have formatted.
