We recently launched our first product on Microsoft AppSource and are expanding globally. We are looking for a freelance marketing specialist who can help us: 1. Go-to-Market Strategy • Develop a marketing plan to drive awareness and adoption of our AppSource tools. • Position our brand for Microsoft ecosystem buyers (IT managers, CRM admins, consultants). 2. Digital Marketing Execution • Manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns (posts, ads, targeting Microsoft ecosystem professionals). • Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (targeting Dynamics 365 / Power Platform keywords). • Improve SEO for our website (tool-specific landing pages per region: AU, NZ, UK, FR, etc.). 3. Content Creation • Create compelling product descriptions, posts, and ad copy that highlight tool benefits. • Suggest visuals (infographics, banners) and coordinate with a designer if needed. 4. Analytics & Reporting • Track campaign performance, AppSource traffic, and conversions. • Recommend adjustments to improve ROI. Deliverables (initial 2–3 months): • Marketing plan for the next 6 months. • At least 2–3 running ad campaigns (LinkedIn + Google). • SEO improvements for AppSource landing pages. • Regular reporting on performance. Ideal Candidate: • Experience marketing SaaS or Microsoft ecosystem solutions. • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. • Ability to create professional, B2B-focused content.

I'm a 23 year old recent BFA (Creative Writing) graduate who is really struggling with searching + applying for jobs in the creative field. My dream job is anything that lets me proofread and edit, and while doing so for creative writing (ie: a publishing house) would be great I would also love doing so for copy writing, academia, documentation -- anything really. I have an assortment of mental health issues that make laying down and not doing anything infinitely more appealing than working on my life + aspirations. Because of this, I really need help with goal setting and accountability (and also with feeling like I'm making any progress), and I'd like to find a mentor who can help motivate me to try. I don't just want help formatting/optimising my CV + Cover Letter. I need help understanding what jobs to apply to, where to look for them, what additional qualifications I need, etc. Industry experience or experience as a creative freelancer would both be greatly appreciated.
