Social Media Content Assistant Small HVAC/mechanical company based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches looking for someone to assist with our Instagram and Facebook content. We’re not looking for a marketing agency or advertising manager — just someone creative and reliable to make our social media look professional, attractive and consistent. I need someone with graphic design experience to create marketing flyer/racks and business cards for my allied health business. I spent ages on canva designing something and then it wouldn’t print properly as the sizing was off. I am tired of trying to organise these and I don’t want to spend any more time on this task. You need to be able to design these things for me so I can just take the file/design straight to get printed without me needing to do any other work to it (no resizing/no playing around with colours, nothing). Your design has to be 100% ready for me to just take straight to office works or similar printing place. Better yet if you can organise the printing that would be great. I have my Canva design I can send to you which has all the information that I want on the flyer. As for business cards, you’ll be starting from scratch there. I don’t care what’s on it. Just something that looks professional.

We are looking for a part-time Customer Reconnect / Database Calling person for an agricultural based business. This is not cold calling or hard selling. We have around 2,000–3,000 past customers and people who have previously requested quotes or dealt with us. The job is to work through around 20 -40 customer records per day, call them, confirm their contact details and email address, update our CRM, ask whether they are happy to receive occasional marketing emails from us, and identify any current machinery requirements to pass back to our sales team. We need someone who is confident, intelligent and natural on the phone, and who can comfortably talk with Australian farmers, contractors and rural business owners. You need to be able to have a genuine conversation rather than simply read a script. Experience dealing with rural customers, farmers, small business owners, tradespeople or similar practical, down-to-earth customer groups would be a strong advantage. I’ve been developing a mobile App since the start of this year. I think it has the potential for amazing things and the business model is solid and projects massive ROI should things go well. It could be big, like the next Pokémon Go. I’m having difficulty with the trailer I’ve developed for social media release however. I did it all myself, I have no experience with digital/AI developed Video/Image Generation and it’s not that bad but it lacks the engagement and marketability that I want. I was hoping someone with a better understanding of marketing/video/image generation could just help me recut, restructure or even completely remake the trailer I’ve created.
