We're a small business getting ready to launch a new offering, and we need creative for a Facebook and Instagram campaign aimed at a specific audience in Australia. We need someone who can both create the assets and set them up as ads in our Meta Ads Manager, ready for us to review and publish. (We'll share the full brief, the audience and our brand assets with shortlisted people — happy to keep details general at this stage.) What we need: 5 graphic posts for social media (feed + story sizes) 2 Meta ad creatives — designed to Meta's specs, with the ad wording included 2 short AI videos — no longer than 30 seconds each, vertical, captioned, launch-focused Ad set-up in Meta — load the creatives and build the campaign(s) in our Meta Ads Manager, ready for us to publish. You'll be added to our Business Manager with limited access (we don't share logins). The ideal person has: A good eye for design and a portfolio of social/ad graphics Real experience setting up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager (building and loading ads, not just designing them) Skills making short AI videos (tell us which tool you'd use) Bonus: experience creating campaigns for specific community audiences What we'll give the chosen person: Logo, brand colours, fonts A full brief — the offering, audience, messaging and any wording for the designs Style references When replying, please tell us: Your relevant experience + portfolio link Which AI video tool you'd use Whether you can set up the campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (and an example of Meta campaigns you've built)
